Job Description
- Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics for various developmental initiatives
- Maintain and update training records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee development
- Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to increase training attendance rate
- Prepare reports and presentations related to training outcomes and participant feedback
- Updating the e-learning on Otsuka Ilmu
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.
- Candidates should possess a proactive mindset and a passion for fostering Employee Development.
- Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Skilled in handling administrative work with Ms. Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated learning agility to quickly absorb new information and apply it effectively.
- Achievement orientation with a focus on reaching targets and delivering results.
