Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment process to attract, select, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the company. The role aims to build a strong employer brand, ensure a positive candidate experience, and meet the staffing needs of the organization, particularly in the specialized field of life insurance.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource /Management / any related major.
- Having 1 – 2 years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry (having internship experience is allowed).
- Having an excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external parties.
- Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision.
