Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruitment processes, including sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. They will develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, interview prospective employees, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Additional responsibilities include fostering a positive candidate experience and supporting Human Resources in recruitment strategy planning and execution.
Job Requirements :
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
- Strong skills in Communication and Interviewing
- Ability to establish effective relationships with candidates and internal teams
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technology is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
