Job Description
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to collaborate with user, shortlist & arranging interview with user, conduct background checking, negotiation & create offering letter, and giving induction for new joiners.
- Work closely with the internal team to efficiently manage the recruiting pipeline and needs.
- Prepare, maintain and update Recruitment’s databases and other forms of reporting.
- Assist in preparing the job description for roles to be recruited.
- Assist with other HR matters as required.
Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) preferably from Psychology
- Have experienced in health industry is a plus
- Strong skill in Behavioral Event Interview
- At least 1 year experiences as Talent Acquisition
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can join ASAP
