• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology / Human Resources Management.
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter, preferably from the same industry.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of psychological tools.
• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Good integrity, good personality & good communication skills (talk-active).
• Detail oriented.
• Willing to be placed in Central Jakarta.
