Job Description

  • Handle end-to end recruitment process which involves screening candidate’s document, managing interview session and selection of ideal individuals.
  • Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking event and job fairs.
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Suggesting framework upgrading to the current recruitment process to ensure efficient, cost-effective and high-quality administration.

Job Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
  • Have at least 1 years of recruitment experience.
  • Understand about end-to-end recruitment process
  • Understand English both oral and written
  • Have a good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Has experience in a start-up or tech company is an advantage
  • Has can-do attitude, agile, and focus on target
  • Have a growth mindset.
