Job Description
- Handle end-to end recruitment process which involves screening candidate’s document, managing interview session and selection of ideal individuals.
- Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking event and job fairs.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
- Suggesting framework upgrading to the current recruitment process to ensure efficient, cost-effective and high-quality administration.
Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field
- Have at least 1 years of recruitment experience.
- Understand about end-to-end recruitment process
- Understand English both oral and written
- Have a good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Has experience in a start-up or tech company is an advantage
- Has can-do attitude, agile, and focus on target
- Have a growth mindset.
