Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Having 1 year experience in recruitment and assessment (internship in TA/ HR is acceptable).
- Having good knowledge in recruitment and selection concepts, including organization development basics.
- Familiar with recruitment tools and system.
- Ability to use psychological assessment tools (PAPI Kostick, DISC, or similar).
- Fluent in English both oral and written is a must.
- Digital savvy, adaptable, organized, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven, with a professional and reliable character.
