Job Description
- Conduct a thorough recruitment process for operational positions (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing)
- Assist with ongoing Talent Acquisition projects
- Assist in the fulfillment of employee requests in preparation for Christmas and New Year festival
- Be prepared when faced with large amounts of data processing needs
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office
- Responsible and honest
- Have good responsibility
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to work in the office 5 days a week
- Willing to work mobile based on operational needs, primarily based in South Jakarta
