Trans Entertainment currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Staff to join our Human Resources team as an additional headcount to support business growth.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Experience in the retail industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring processes
- Willing to work from office (WFO) at Trans Entertainment Head Office, Mampang, South Jakarta
