- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
- 1-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or as a Talent Acquisition
- Proficient in administrative tasks with excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience in mass hiring is a strong advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
