- Conducting end to end recruitment & selection process
- Searching for potential candidate through online and offline channels
- Maintaining and develop recruitment database / talentpool
- Conducting employer branding to support the acceleration of recruitment & selection process
- Collaborating with the team to compile and develop various recruitment & selection strategies to select the right candidate for each position
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Management
- Having minimum 1 year of working experience as Talent Acquisition
- Having experience in Holding Companies / Mining / Construction / Property / Oil & Gas Industry will be preferred
- Having experience to handle end to end recruiting & selection process
- Having experience in using professional job portal and proactively source candidates
- Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta
