Job Description
- Scout and identify top talent using recruitment platforms.
- Conduct Competency-Based Interviews and review psychological test results to evaluate candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruitment goals.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Job Requirements :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
