Job Description
- Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interview, hingga offering).
- Terlibat dalam proses sales people management
- Mengelola database kandidat dan laporan rekrutmen.
- Mendukung employer branding dan kegiatan rekrutmen lainnya.
Job Requirements :
- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan jurusan Psikologi / Manajemen SDM / terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Talent Acquisition / Recruiter.
- Terbiasa melakukan hiring mass maupun non-mass.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Terbiasa bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
