Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Development Specialist at Pou Chen Group Indonesia. The Specialist will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and recruiting activities on a daily basis.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing skills.
- Employer Branding and Recruiting knowledge.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Good in English communication skill is preferred.
- Working place in Pekalongan (Central Java)
