Job Description
- Assist with job postings on various job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
- Review incoming resumes and applications to ensure they meet basic job qualifications.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering queries regarding job openings and the recruitment process.
- Prepare and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation for new hires.
- Provide administrative assistance for other HR functions as needed, including employee records management, HR reporting, and benefits administration.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in talent acquisition or recruitment.
