Job Description

  • Analyze workforce needs based on company requirements.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and planning.
  • Coordinate with user regarding qualifications and position needs.
  • Utilize various candidate sourcing methods (job portals, Linkedin, referrals, universities, etc.) & establish relationships with universities, professional communities, and job fairs.
  • Manage job postings and recruitment promotional materials on social media & company job portals.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including CV screening, selecting candidates based on established qualifications, contacting and scheduling candidate interviews, conducting screening interviews, scheduling psychological tests and further interviews with user, evaluating interview results, and providing recommendations to management.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment documents.
  • Prepare selection reports and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Handle the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding process for exiting employees.
  • Build a positive company image by creating content for HR’s Instagram & TikTok accounts.
  • Analyze recruitment process effectiveness and implement necessary improvements.
  • Monitor recruitment trends and apply innovative strategies.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, especially in a relevant industry.
  • Understanding of recruitment techniques, strategies, and employer branding.
  • Proficient in psychological test tools and competency-based interviews (BEI).
  • Familiar with job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, kitalulus, glints, etc) and other candidate sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with targets and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations related to recruitment.
  • Experience in headhunting or talent management.
  • Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Have a network within professional communities.
