Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions (staff to supervisor level)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct CV screening, interviews (phone, online, face-to-face), and assessments when required
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and job specifications
- Maintain and update recruitment pipeline and candidate database
- Handle employer branding activities (job fairs, university partnerships, online campaigns)
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and collaborate with HR team for orientation
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics for management
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Excellent command of English (spoken & written) – Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
- Familiar with recruitment platforms, job portals, and networking methods (LinkedIn, job fairs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS (advantage)
