Job Description
- Conducting the recruitment process for managerial level positions from start to finish;
- Analyzing and providing recommendations regarding the recruitment process; and
- Being responsible for recruitment projects.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment (experience from a Multifinance company or Headhunter is preferred);
- Experience in conducting recruitment processes from start to finish (sourcing, interviewing, to offering);
- Familiarity with behavior-based interview methods (BBI/CBI);
- Have good communication skills (influencing others or negotiation) and analytical skills.
