Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Job Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English is a plus)
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards)
- Ability to multitask and manage hiring for multiple roles simultaneously
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- A people-centric mindset with a knack for assessing candidate potential
