UPartners is looking for Recruitment Specialist!
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Communication or related field
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Recruiter or Talent Acquisition
- Having experience in recruiting blue-collar workers in F&B or Consumer Retail is preferred
- Expertise in managing end to end recruitment processes for various roles
- Strong attention to detail with capability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem solving skills and resourceful
- Highly motivated, proactive, positive working attitude, and a quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English will be an advantage
