- Conducting the sourcing process
- Conducting the screening and inviting process
- Conducting the selection process (psychological tests and interviews)
- Making psychological reports
- Conducting end to end administration of recruitment process documents including project reports
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment is preferred
- Enthusiastic and independent in working
- Good communication skills and interest in doing administrative work
- Willing to be placed at PT Karyaputra Suryagemilang (member of ATIC Holding), located in Graha Anabatic, Gading Serpong, South Tangerang
