Job Description
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels (online platforms, social media, networking, etc.).
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Assist in organizing job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
Job Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Staff or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field
