Job Description

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for back office and Plant positions (Starting from assessing man power needs – new employee onboarding) according to the SOP.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications
  • Support recruitment needs for subordinate companies.
  • Assist in campus hiring activities and early talent acquisition initiatives
  • Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Coordinating with related departments for employee welcoming purposes
  • Manage offering process and employment documentation
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously update talent pools to ensure a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline on an annual basis.
  • Managing Management Trainee and special internship programs (Overseeing the full lifecycle from recruitment through program execution and completion)

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human resource management.
  • Well-experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment process of Staff-Assistant Manager level for back office and plant roles for minimum 1-2 years
  • Experienced in headhunter, pharmaceutical industry or manufacture would be an advantage
  • Experienced in employer branding would be advantage
  • Having an experience in managing Management Trainee program (full cycle).
  • Possess the ability to handle administrative tasks, work effectively in team, target-oriented, and perform well under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in basic English is required (experience conducting interviews in English is an advantage).
  • Possesses an agile mindset and demonstrates high initiative.
