Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for back office and Plant positions (Starting from assessing man power needs – new employee onboarding) according to the SOP.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications
- Support recruitment needs for subordinate companies.
- Assist in campus hiring activities and early talent acquisition initiatives
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Coordinating with related departments for employee welcoming purposes
- Manage offering process and employment documentation
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update talent pools to ensure a strong and sustainable candidate pipeline on an annual basis.
- Managing Management Trainee and special internship programs (Overseeing the full lifecycle from recruitment through program execution and completion)
Job Requirements :
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human resource management.
- Well-experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment process of Staff-Assistant Manager level for back office and plant roles for minimum 1-2 years
- Experienced in headhunter, pharmaceutical industry or manufacture would be an advantage
- Experienced in employer branding would be advantage
- Having an experience in managing Management Trainee program (full cycle).
- Possess the ability to handle administrative tasks, work effectively in team, target-oriented, and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic English is required (experience conducting interviews in English is an advantage).
- Possesses an agile mindset and demonstrates high initiative.
