Job Description
- Source candidates through job portal
- Do the end-to-end candidate recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees)
- Create candidate’s overview to share with hiring managers
- Responsible for employer branding content & activities
- Maintain candidate database, track candidate progress, and assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource or Psychology
- Experienced Min. 1-2 years as Recruitment/Talent Acquisition in Startup or Digital Marketing, especially Beauty Industry
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Can join ASAP
