Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related majors
- Have a minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field, preferably in Beauty or Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques, professional job posting portal and proactively source candidates
- Proficiency with social media and keeping up with industry trends and talent market
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill, creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker, and willing to learn
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
