Job Description
- Support employer branding initiatives (social media and in-person events) for company’s talent attraction.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.
- Manage recruitment administration, including documentation, data tracking, and reporting.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High drive, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
- Good communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong digital and technology literacy (HR systems, microsoft suite, online recruitment platforms).
- Creative mindset with an innovative approach
