Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process to achieve hiring targets (non-staff up to managerial level)
- Summarize and maintain employee data
- Distribute attributes/uniforms for new employee training (outlets)
- Prepare recruitment process reports
- Plan and execute employer branding strategies
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (internship experience is welcome)
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in handling employer branding is a plus
- Familiar with psychological test tools, interview process, and MS Office
- Placement: Elang Laut, PIK, North Jakarta
- Note: Freshgrad is welcome
