- Melakukan sourcing dan screening kandidat sesuai kebutuhan klien
- Menjadwalkan dan melakukan wawancara dengan kandidat
- Menyusun shortlist kandidat dan berkoordinasi dengan user terkait proses seleksi
- Menyiapkan laporan rekrutmen dan memastikan proses berjalan efektif
Job Requirements :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi/Manajemen SDM
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang rekrutmen (fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar)
- Memahami proses rekrutmen dari sourcing hingga onboarding
- Mampu melakukan interview dan asesmen kandidat
- Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
- Lokasi: Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan
