Job Description
- Mengelola proses rekrutmen, seleksi, dan orientasi karyawan baru.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan kebijakan perusahaan.
- Mengelola administrasi personalia, seperti absensi, payroll, dan pengarsipan data karyawan.
- Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan kandidat maupun client.
- Memahami tentang BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Tenaga Kerja karyawan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan pihak eksternal terkait kebutuhan umum perusahaan.
Job Requirements :
- Wanita
- S1 Psikologi/Manajemen/Hukum
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama min. 1 tahun
- Dapat mengoperasikan Excell, Spreadsheet, Word, dsb
- Domisili di Medan
