Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, client management).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Understand client hiring needs and deliver suitable talent solutions.
- Provide consultation on market insights and recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or headhunting is preferred (fresh grads with high motivation are welcome).
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
