Job Description
- Searching candidates via Database (HRIS), Search Engine (JobStreet, LinkedIn, and any other job portal), and references based on Requirements.
- Using social media to advertise positions, and attract the candidates.
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualifications match and compatibility.
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
- Correctly and completely input data profile candidates in HRIS.
- Following up candidate while still ongoing process.
- Report weekly and monthly to Recruitment Manager acknowledged by Team Leader.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, any field.
- Required language: English
- Proven work experience 1-2 years as a Recruiter specialized in outsourcing/consultant based/agency or tech hiring.
- HRM/Psychology or the same industry background is a plus point.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases (HRIS).
- Stay in Jakarta area
