Job Description
- Conduct recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancy, shortlisting, and interview
- Proceed onboarding, prepare tools and documentation for new employee
- Determine applicant qualifications by analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirement
- Set up the development pipelines and features together with recruiter team.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management or similiar
- Minimum 1 years full time experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HeadHunter / Outsourcing area (Fresh Graduate with intern experience are welcome to apply)
- Good analytical skill, good planning & organizing skill
- Good communication skill and preferably a people person
- Proven skill using Linkedin for recruitment process
- Seek for fast growing environment
- Available for hybrid arrangement
