Coordinate with users to identify hiring needs.

Manage and utilize a talent pool consisting of job platforms, social media, and/or hiring partners.

In charge of end-to-end recruitment for screening, interview, and conducting offering sessions.

Manage job posting on all social media platforms.

Maintain recruitment dashboard and database for future vacancies.
Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology or any related field

Proven minimal 1 year of experience as a Recruiter

Passionate in recruitment and able to meet the company’s hiring needs

Good communication skills and proficiency in English are a must

Highly adaptable and able to work independently

Excited by new challenges and learning opportunities

Willing to work in Penjaringan, North Jakarta
