- Pria/Wanita usia maksimal 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min S1 jurusan Psikologi, Hukum, Manajemen (Freshgraduate dipersilahkan melamar)
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Personalia/HRD/Admin
- Pengalaman dalam menggunakan HRIS Sunfish (diutamakan)
- Menguasai Microsoft Office/SpreadsheetMemahami UU Ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku
- Terbiasa mengelola database dalam jumlah besar
- Domisili Jakarta Timur dan sekitarnya
