Job Description
Where you will tackle some challenges, such as :
- Manage the crew lifecycle including recruitment, induction, onboarding and performance management.
- Collaborate with Ops Team to gather any concern, issue, or improvement area.
- Dive-in and blend with Team to understand the current condition and multiple point of view.
- Handling each crew and each case hands-on and troubleshoot for realignment, development & reselection.
- Review, create, and updates materials and data required for analysis and improvement.

Job Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in any major
- Previous internship or work experience in HR (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!)
- Willing to be placed in Tanjung Duren, Jakarta Barat
