Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our HR team. The primary focus of this role is recruitment and employee administration. You will assist in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing employee records, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring and employee management process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Manage employee onboarding, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and records are updated.
  • Maintain and update employee files and records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and training sessions.
  • Support payroll by ensuring all employee information is up to date.
  • Assist in tracking employee attendance, leaves, and absences.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department in various tasks such as preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Address general employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.
