Job Description
- Manage and maintain employee administration.
- Handle General Affairs (GA) responsibilities.
- Ensure proper filing and compliance of company administrative and employee records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, internal events, and company activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure smooth day to day People & Culture operations.
- Support performance management administration including probation review tracking and documentation.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or other relevant majors from reputable universities (minimum GPA 3.50).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, General Affairs, or related roles is a plus.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information professionally.
- Willing to support operational and engagement initiatives as needed.
