Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
- Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackersLiaise with People Partner to prepare and extend job offers, including salary negotiation
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and timelines
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Experience in a headhunting and startup environment is a plus
- Able to handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously
- Familiar with ATS / recruitment tools
- Detail-oriented with strong database management skills
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
