Job Description
- Conduct business process mapping, job analysis, job evaluation & grading, and maintain job descriptions and organizational structures to ensure role clarity and internal equity.
- Analyze manpower productivity and workload distribution to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare productivity reports and dashboards, and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management (preferably with an HR/OD focus).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Organizational Development, Job Evaluation, or Productivity Analysis is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel (experience with Power BI and/or HRIS is a plus).
