Job Description

  • Oversee the organization’s structure and infrastructure to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Administer and maintain organization development processes and data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage employee movement and manpower allocation in collaboration with stakeholders to support workforce planning.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company town halls to enhance communication and engagement.
  • Lead the performance management process to drive employee growth and organizational success.
  • Ensure compliance by managing all HR-related reports for relevant regulators.
  • Lead the implementation of the training plan to enhance employee development.

Job Requirements :

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in Organization Development or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (fluent English proficiency is essential).
  • Self-motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Available to start immediately and open to a 6-month contract role.
