Job Description
- Support the implementation of employee training and development activities (end-to-end process).
- Manage training administration, including invitations, attendance, evaluations, and reports.
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and participants to ensure smooth program execution.
- Assist in managing training data, documentation, and evaluation results.
- Carrying out all policies, instructions, tasks, and directions established by the leader in the future.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in the Learning & Development field, particularly in training implementation and evaluation.
- Good understanding of the Learning & Development process, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Plan, Training Execution & Evaluation, and coordination with participants and vendors.
- Detail-oriented in administrative work, familiar with SunFish system is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with a high level of initiative and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Willing to be placed at PIK, North Jakarta and 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘫𝘰𝘪𝘯 𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺.
