Job Description
- Develop Learning Need Analysis (LNA) for specific roles to identify training needs and ensure employees meet expected standards.
- Create training modules based on materials and expectations to ensure systematic and targeted training delivery.
- Deliver training programs using adult learning techniques for clear, effective communication and understanding, ensuring program goals are met.
- Administer periodic tests for clinic staff to assess readiness for promotion and provide performance reports for leadership review.
- Update training materials to remain relevant with clinic operations and company expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and operational targets.
- Prepare training evaluation reports to identify areas for improvement and guide future training programs.
- Create budget plans for training programs to align with company financial projections.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
- Knowledge of training processes and clinic operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, Learning Need Analysis, and Instructional Design.
