Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology/ Psychology/ SDM.
- At least 1 year of experience in learning management and people development.
- Interest in Human Resources, specifically in Learning Management and People Development.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees.
- Excellent planning, organizational, creative, and detail-oriented abilities.
- Proficiency in handling administrative tasks related to reporting and emails.
