Job Description

Kobus Smart Service (KSS) is an outsourcing company specializing in Human Resources services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

We’re currently looking for a Learning & Development Staff to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about training, people development, public speaking, design, and learning systems, this role might be a great fit for you!

 

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant background
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR Development
  • Experienced in managing and operating a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Able to conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
  • Skilled in designing and developing training modules (offline & online)
  • Experienced in delivering training with strong public speaking skills
  • Good design skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
  • Familiar with training evaluation (pre-test, post-test, participant feedback, training effectiveness)
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Communicative, well-organized, and able to work independently or in a team
  • Location: Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta
  • Work System: Full WFO (Monday – Friday)
