Job Description
- Post job openings on job boards, and social media platforms.
- Assist in sourcing candidates via multiple channels (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals).
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments with candidates.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates regarding interview details.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with current status, interview notes, and feedback.
- Prepare and manage recruitment-related documentation, such as evaluation forms and interview feedback.
- Keep candidates informed and updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle administrative communications, including scheduling, offer letters, and rejection notifications.
- Assist in promoting and enhancing the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and company websites.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Proven internship experience in recruitment, HR administration, or related fields
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR)
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to be placed around Bekasi regency, especially Deltamas, Central Cikarang.
