Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing).
- Maintain employee data and personalia administration (contracts, attendance, leave, BPJS).
- Assist in onboarding and induction programs.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports.
- Provide support in payroll administration and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related matters.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience, with strong focus in recruitment & administration (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Location: Cikarang, Bekasi & Cikini, South Jakarta
