Job Description
Employee Relations:
- Provide day-to-day support for employee concerns, questions, and needs, escalating complex cases to senior HR as needed.
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Promote a positive company culture by supporting employee engagement programs and initiatives.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews
Talent Management:
- Assist in managing performance review processes by coordinating reviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely completion.
- Provide administrative support for career development programs, promotions, and internal transfers.
HR Compliance and Documentation:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement programs, including event planning, pulse surveys, and feedback collection.
HR Project Support:
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing small-scale HR process enhancements.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist, Culture Engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
