Job Description
- Manage recruitment process for various roles, especially in the IT/tech sector (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Coordinating with Clients)
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role expectations and candidate profile
- Actively source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Kalibrr, and internal databases
- Screen and interview candidates to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and maintain positive candidate experience
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracking system and generate regular reports
- Support employer branding initiatives and help improve recruitment strategies
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in an IT or agency environment
- Familiar with hiring tech roles is plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Portals
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting
