Job Description
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of IT roles.
- Utilize job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms to find and engage both active and passive candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recommendations.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (internship experience as an IT recruiter is also welcome).
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
