• Understand the process of Payroll (input and calculation systems).
• Have more than 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Understand how to summarize employee absences including illness, permission, leave, etc.
• Have experience in handling uniforms, PKWT, and business trip.
• Willing to be placed in North Jakarta.
