Job Description
- Mengelola proses rekrutmen end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interview, onboarding) untuk office dan warehouse.
- Menangani administrasi dan database karyawan.
- Memberikan support administratif & operasional HR.
- Menjadi support system bagi karyawan terkait hal-hal HR.
- Menjaga pipeline kandidat untuk kebutuhan saat ini dan masa depan.
Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduate atau pengalaman 1-2 tahun di bidang HR.
- Familiar dengan proses rekrutmen & administrasi HR.
- Teliti, komunikatif, dan terbiasa multitasking.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office.
- Jakarta Barat – Full-time – On-site
