Job Description

  • Maintain and update employee data, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT).
  • Assist in processing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll and HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Good logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
  • Fluent in ENGLISH IS A MUST

 

Location: Thamrin
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB
Employment Type: Permanent (PKWTT)
