Job Description
- Maintain and update employee data, contracts, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts (PKWT & PKWTT).
- Assist in processing BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
- Provide administrative support for payroll and HR-related matters.
- Handle employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Good logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
- Fluent in ENGLISH IS A MUST

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 WIB
